Great shops, murals, history. Love it!

Technician never shows up but puts notes in the system that no one is home even though we have waited for 2 hours. They never solve the issue. They have been to my home atleast 5 times but unable to solve any issue. Rogers is unable to keep track or receive any valuable information from these technicians. The blame game between Rogers and this third party contractor keeps going on and on......

Wonderful help putting up a small building in eastern Ontario. Service met my expectations with exceptional communications. Olympia Steel helped me through every step of the way in the process I am new to and at the end of the day I received what I had asked for, when I required it.

Ils sont venu faire le changement de notre tourbe de notre ecoflo sans même avoir notre consentement demandé par courriel. Ils ont laissé nos ordures pleines de leurs sacs de plastiques. Rabais pour l'entretien annuel de 130$ pour l'année prochaine pour se faire pardonner du mauvais service... quelle chance! Je ne recommande pas du tout.

What a great company! They had a supply list for each of my kids ready to go when I called. Shipped very fast, had my order in my hands in only 3 business days. Price was excellent, even store hopping for deals I don't think I could have beat the price, Highly Recommended!

This company have the worst customer service and they lie to me every time I called. Each agent lies to me. They say a manager will call me I am waiting two months now and no call. I have told all my family and friends how bad this company is. lie to customers is fraud. I rather pay more at other stores but will not shop at joefresh anymore. They are HORRIBLE to deal with. Very bad experience.This was my case #13722555 if anyone cares to look at it and honor what was promise by each rep i spoke with on the phone.This company have the worse customer service, I don't' know how they stay in business.Will never deal with this company again.I would have given a big ZERO to this survey if I could.

As a previous employee for School Start and their sister company, First Class Planners, I can confidently say that all of the Customer Service Representatives genuinely care about customers and their experience with the company. I was working in the office and all of my co-workers strive to be as accommodating as possible. There is a lot of stress that comes with the bulk of orders being placed so close to school starting, not only on the production team but also within the office as everyone strives to maintain the same level of service for customers that order in May as the ones that order in August. The work that is done here is incredible and I would highly recommend ordering your child's school supplies through School Start as it really is the easiest and most convenient way to start school in September.

We purchased a garage from Olympia and our sales rep Raffi was so knowledgeable and helpful. After we agreed to move forward, Sonya guided us through the process and was always available and quick to respond to our questions. Would highly recommend this company!
